README

In vivo 7T MRI dataset probing the auditory system (cortical and subcortical) collected at Maastricht University by Faruk Gulban, Federico De Martino, and Michelle Moerel. Includes two experiments: All ten participants have at least three sessions (Experiment 1), while six of these participants have an additional two sessions (Experiment 2). Functional MRI FOV is restricted anterior-posteriorly.

Session 1: High resolution anatomical MRI; diffusion-weighted MRI; resting state fMRI; standard resolution anatomical MRI

Sessions 2 & 3: Standard resolution anatomical MRI; task functional MRI (Experiment 1; 10 of 10 participants)

Sessions 4 & 5: Standard resolution anatomical MRI; task functional MRI (Experiment 2; 6 of 10 participants)

Something very wrong happened when updating some fields. All the fields are messed up and strangely it seems to be created 49 years ago.

Please do not use this version until we fix the problem.

Hello, it appears as if the T2* defacing algorithm removed much of the brain (at least on subject 01, i didn't check the others). otherwise, a very nice dataset! thank you

`*_events.tsv` files are empty because we did not convert the protocols we have used to this format and setup heudiconv to cover this exception. However I have uploaded the sound stimulation protocols for sessions 2 and 3 to our OSF page: https://osf.io/w3867/

These text files indicate the sound onsets and offsets in number of measurements (aka TRs). Our one TR was 2600 ms with 1400 ms acquisition and 1200 ms silent gap. We have presented our 1000 ms long sounds between 1500-2500 ms periods that falls into this silent gap. Therefore, for example, a sound stimulation indicated as `4 4` in these `*.prt` files converts to 9300-10300 ms relative to the start of that run.
