  1. grab original data from xnat and setup using setup_all_subs.py

  2. set up new directories using reformat_data.py

The previous posting on OpenFMRI carried this warning "The events files in this dataset do not seem to be correct. We cannot guarantee their accuracy and thus recommend that you disregard them entirely."

Does this still apply, or they are fixed? Thanks

Which onset times refer to target and which to non-target trials? Something seems to have gone wrong in the conversion to BIDS, all trials are labeled non-target.

This question has already been asked but since I couldn't see the reply am posting it again -- what onset times refer to target vs. non-target trials? When I open the events file for any one of the tasks all trials are labeled as non-target. Is there any means of differentiating trials using information in events files given? Thank you!
