These are the self written scripts supplementary to the "Comprehensive ultrahigh resolution whole brain in vivo MRI dataset of the human phantom" (https://doi.org/10.24352/UB.OVGU-2020-145). It contains three registrations scripts for ANTs (for averaging data of single subject, motion correction of DTI data, and the script used to register all data to the 250um dataset) and two MATLAB scripts (to run the bias field correction of SPM12 with parameters specifically for 7 T data and to generate the weighted average of overlapping slabs)..
